Corel PhotoImpact. As you may or may not know, my favourite programs usually revolve around Photo Editing programs, which I take interest in. So when I heard of PhotoImpact, I checked it out and downloaded a free trial. I was quite impressed, but not as impressed as to actually go out of my way and purchase the program. Besides, it’s kind of a cross between PaintShop and Photoshop, so I would recommend getting this program if you have none of these, call it two in one.
There is another, which I would buy specifically for this. The ability to turn Bitmap images into a Vector, therefore stretching the image as big or small as possible, with no change in pixels or image quality. This is 2D Design V2. Not a Photo editing program, more for ‘design’. However, this is a great option.
It’s funny, because I yet to see a photo editing program that does this, which I personally think it should.
